    If a product page indicates a 2 to 6-business-day despatch, this means the product needs to be transferred from one of our stores, which may result in a longer processing time. Your order, including any other items, will be shipped within 2 to 6 business days.

    Important: If any item in your order has a 2 to 6-business-day dispatch timeframe, the entire order is expected to be dispatched within that timeframe. If you prefer to receive items eligible for 1-day dispatch sooner, consider placing two separate orders.

    Delivery Expectation

    We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout, and you can usually choose between Standard and Express postage options.

    Christmas Deliveries

    For delivery in time for Christmas, Australia Post recommends the following cut-offs:

    • Standard Delivery: We can no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas.
    • Express Delivery: We can no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas.

    Please ensure expected dispatch times are taken into consideration when ordering in the run-up to Christmas.
